Inside Sales Representative – (Job Code: DiskOnModule)

Job Summary
The Sales Representative is expected to handle in-coming and out-going sales calls at an assigned work location. Handles multiple sales accounts in an assigned sales territory and/or geographical region.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage, maintain and grow DOM products (DiskOnModule).
2. Provide customer service to the accounts
3. Meets and/or exceeds assigned sales productivity goals and/or quotas on a regular basis.
4. Focuses on developing and expanding new accounts.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience
- Demonstrated business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn, apply and present sales principles and techniques within a short timeframe
- Demonstrated computer skills, specifically working with personal computers and computer hardware knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently

Inside Sales Representative – (Job Code: Flash Media)

Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new accounts via heavy outbound cold calling and maintaining existing business through outbound calls with some travel. This person will also need to learn all aspects of our product offering which includes flash products.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
*1+ year experience in channel sales directly related to Flash Media.
*Must be self motivated
*Ambition, integrity and solid work ethic
*High energy, goal oriented with "winner" attitude
*Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
*Proven track record of success at closing sales
*Computer literate Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
