Most of the research used to investigate electric vehicles is focalized on individual users. For commercial vehicles, common tool attributes such as purchase price, fuel consumption, and maintenance are deemed to be the most valuable for vehicle selection. However, Sierzchula investigated the company’s use of electric vehicles and agreed that the most significant factor is its commitment to testing new technologies and general public images.
The financial viability of an electronic taxi is important for a voluntary transition to an electronic taxi. This requires recognizing the cost if TCO is a valuable tool (Ellram, 1995 Ellram, L.M. (1995)) and cash flow to compute the difference in profit between various power-train technologies. Revenue depends on interior and exterior factors. Interior factors are structured on qualities of electric vehicles, exterior factors are based mostly on preferences made by utilities, decision-makers and other exterior stakeholders. In addition to those who are most involved in vehicle property and TCO, there are more stakeholders with several goals and difficulties.
